Jaton is committed to producing the most reliable product for our customers. Our engineering team continues to improve the performance and reliability of our products, and we stand behind what we build.

We honor a five-year transferable warranty on our Lyra speakers and a three-year transferable warranty on our Operetta amplifiers if purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.

Jaton products are sold, supported, and serviced through our dealers and distributors. Jaton will not honor warranties on those products that aren't purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.
