Duty::
- ● Provide product installation and maintenance troubleshooting services by phone, email.
● Answer customer inquiries for item numbers, specifications, etc.
● Learn technical details of all product lines, interfacing with product management, customer service, sales, and engineering.
● Support launch of major new products on the website.
● Help to maintain, improve and update the website.
Requirement:
- ● Education level: BA or BS preferred or equivalent experience
● Good communication skills and attitude
● Knowledge of PC Operating Systems and Multimedia, Communication Products.
● Ability to discern most likely points of confusion within technical installation
● Ability to handle agitated customers.
